About HarplixAI

HarplixAI is operated by HARPLIX. In these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to HARPLIX. "You" or "user" refers to anyone using HarplixAI. For our registered address, see our Contact page.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using HarplixAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Account

You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account per person; sharing accounts is prohibited.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and make purchases. If you are under 18, you may use HarplixAI only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who assumes full responsibility for your use and any payments.

3. Premium Subscription

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Pricing may change at any time; changes do not affect active subscriptions.
• Premium access runs from the date of purchase to the expiry date shown in your profile.
• Subscriptions are not auto-renewed. We will send a reminder before your plan expires.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Subscription fees are non-refundable except in the limited cases expressly described in the Refund Policy. In the event of any conflict between this section and the Refund Policy, the Refund Policy prevails.
• Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card network, please contact us at support@harplixai.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact, or for reasons not consistent with our Refund Policy, may result in suspension of your account pending resolution of the dispute. Nothing in this clause limits your rights to dispute a transaction under applicable law or card-network rules.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

All course content, AI tools, templates, and materials are owned by HARPLIX and provided through HarplixAI. You may use them for personal learning only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use is prohibited.

5. AI-Generated Content

AI features (mock interviews, CV analysis, job alerts) provide suggestions, not guarantees. HarplixAI is not responsible for outcomes based on AI-generated content. Always verify important information independently.

Some activities use third-party AI tools that you access under your own accounts (for example, ChatGPT, Claude, or Google Colab). These tools are governed by their own terms, and HarplixAI is not responsible for their availability, features, usage limits, or pricing, which are set by their respective providers and may change.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not use HarplixAI to: abuse AI features (automated scraping, prompt injection), create fake accounts, harass other users, or violate any applicable law.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Self-serve deletion is immediate and irreversible; there is no grace period and no recovery option once you confirm.

When you delete your account:

• Active subscription: any active subscription is ended immediately. No refund is issued, and any remaining subscription period is forfeited.
• Wallet balance: any balance held in your referral wallet (paid, locked, or processing) is forfeited.
• Pending referral commissions: any locked or payable referral commissions awaiting payout are forfeited.
• Approved-payout block: if you have a payout that has been approved by an administrator and is in transit to you, deletion will be temporarily blocked until the payout completes (typically 1–2 business days). Try again afterwards, or contact support.
• Identity and learning data: permanently deleted. This includes your name, email, password, profile, module progress, quiz attempts, mock interview transcripts, CV uploads, project submissions, and portfolios.
• Financial records retained anonymized: subscriptions, payments, referral commissions, and payouts are retained anonymized as required by Indian tax law. See our Privacy Policy §8 for the full retention rules.
• Certificates: any certificates you earned remain visible at their public verification URLs, with your name snapshotted as it stood at issuance time. The link to your account is removed.
• Re-signup: you may sign up again with the same email at any time. This creates a fresh account with no link to your prior account or its data.

8. Limitation of Liability

HarplixAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Service Availability and Maintenance

HarplixAI is provided on an "as available" basis. The Service may be temporarily unavailable from time to time due to scheduled maintenance, deployments, updates, security patches, or other routine operational reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to schedule significant maintenance during off-peak hours but are not obligated to provide advance notice for routine or emergency maintenance. Brief or routine unavailability does not constitute a breach of these Terms and does not entitle the user to a refund, credit, or any other compensation, except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy.

10. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in providing the Service, or for any loss or damage resulting from such failure or delay, where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Such events include, without limitation, failures or outages of hosting providers, payment gateways, third-party APIs, content delivery networks, internet service providers, or other infrastructure providers; acts of government or regulatory authorities; natural disasters; pandemics; war or civil unrest; cyber-attacks or distributed denial-of-service incidents; and disruptions to public utilities or telecommunications networks. During such events, our obligations under these Terms are suspended for the duration of the event.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy. By using HarplixAI, you consent to the data practices described there.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India.

13. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of HarplixAI after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
