Referral Program Terms

How It Works

1. Commission Structure

Commission is calculated as 18% of the plan's net base value (the referral price divided by 1.18) and rounded down to the nearest whole rupee. All displayed prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

• Commission applies to the first subscription only. Renewals, upgrades, or subsequent purchases by the same referee do not generate additional commission.

2. Referral Discounts

• Quarterly plan: 10% discount (₹1,799 instead of ₹1,999)
• Half-Yearly plan: 15% discount (₹2,549 instead of ₹2,999)
• Annual plan: 20% discount (₹3,999 instead of ₹4,999)

Tax & Commission Note

All prices shown on HarplixAI are inclusive of applicable taxes. Commission is calculated on the plan's net base value (price ÷ 1.18), not the gross price. This is disclosed so referrers understand exactly how their commission is computed.

3. Settlement & Payouts

• Commissions enter a 12-day settlement (hold) period after the referee completes payment.
• After settlement, commissions move to your "available" balance and can be withdrawn.
• Payouts are processed manually via UPI within 5 business days of your request.
• Maximum 3 payout requests per calendar month.
• Minimum wallet balance to request a payout: ₹100.
• Minimum single-withdrawal amount: ₹500.
• Each referrer may earn rewards for up to 20 successful referrals per calendar month. Additional referrals beyond this cap continue to be tracked but do not generate commission within the same month. The cap resets on the 1st of each month.

4. Fraud & Abuse

HarplixAI may delay, deny, or reverse payouts and commissions in cases of:

• Chargebacks or payment disputes by the referee
• Suspected fraud or manipulation of the programme, including self-referral, fake or duplicate accounts, or other abuse identified through our automated and manual review
• Spam, misleading promotion, or misrepresentation of HarplixAI
• Use of paid advertising that includes HarplixAI branding without written permission

5. Prohibited Activities

• Self-referral (using your own referral link to subscribe)
• Creating fake or duplicate accounts to generate referrals
• Spamming referral links in public forums, comment sections, or unsolicited messages
• Misleading promotion (e.g., promising free access, fake reviews, impersonating HarplixAI)
• Running paid ads with HarplixAI branding without authorization

Violations result in commission forfeiture and removal from the referral programme. Severe or repeated violations may lead to account suspension.

6. Account Deletion and the Referral Programme

When you voluntarily delete your HarplixAI account, the following rules apply to your participation in the Referral Programme. These rules are in addition to the fraud-driven forfeiture rules in Sections 4 and 5; the consequences below apply even where there is no fraud or violation.

• Forfeiture of unpaid commissions. Voluntary account deletion forfeits any unpaid referral commission, including locked commissions still within the 12-day hold period and any commissions awaiting payout.
• Wallet zeroed. Your referral wallet balance at the time of deletion is zeroed. No refund or payout is issued for forfeited amounts.
• Referral code permanently reserved. Your unique referral code is permanently reserved upon deletion and will not be re-issued to any new user. This protects contacts you previously shared the code with from being assigned to a different account.
• Approved-payout block. If a payout to you has already been approved by an administrator and is in transit, deletion will be temporarily blocked until the payout completes. See Terms of Service §7.
• Anonymized retention of past records. Records of past commissions and payouts are retained anonymized — your personal identifiers are removed, but the transaction history is kept for as long as required by applicable books-of-account and tax recordkeeping rules. See Privacy Policy §8 for the full retention rules and legal basis.

7. Commission Rate

The default commission rate is 18%. Commission rates may vary and may change over time; the rate that applies to you is the one in effect at the time your commission is locked.

8. Changes to the Programme

Commission rates, referral discounts, hold periods, and payout terms may change at any time. Changes are not retroactive — commissions already earned under previous terms remain unaffected. We will notify active referrers of material changes via email.

9. Your Taxes & the Optional PAN Prompt

Referral earnings are taxable income in your hands. You are responsible for reporting them in your own income-tax return and paying any tax due. HarplixAI does not deduct tax at source from your commissions.

Once your lifetime referral earnings cross ₹10,000, we may show an optional prompt asking for your PAN and the name as printed on it. Providing your PAN is entirely optional — you may skip the prompt, and skipping does not affect payouts. We collect this only for our internal business-expense bookkeeping. PAN details, if provided, are stored on our database with row-level access controls, encrypted at rest by our cloud infrastructure provider, and are accessible only to the account owner and authorised administrators. They are not published, shared with third parties, or used for any purpose other than internal bookkeeping, except where we are legally compelled to disclose them.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India.
